Our mission is to serve the underserved by addressing pressing community needs through impactful projects, compassionate outreach, and sustainable initiatives that bring lasting change.

Through free medical camps, health education, awareness campaigns, and community-based programs, we provide healthcare support to rural and marginalized communities. Our educational and empowerment initiatives nurture learning and leadership among children and youth, while collaborative projects with like-minded organizations strengthen grassroots development. Suresh Mariaselvam is a Techno-Social Systems Strategist with over 27 years of experience advancing institutional development and technology-enabled social impact across the development, public, academic, and civil society sectors. He has collaborated with bilateral agencies, international donors, United Nations organizations, government institutions, and academic and civil society organizations.
His expertise spans digital transformation, AI for public good, governance innovation, public health, sustainable development, institutional strengthening, and cross-sector partnerships. He has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at higher education institutions, Administrative Staff Training Colleges of state governemnts and undertaken advisory and consulting assignments with organizations such as UNICEF and ICMR-NIRT.
As an Advisor, he provides strategic direction on organizational development, digital innovation, programme design and implementation, and collaborative partnerships, helping organizations bridge technology, policy, and practice to deliver inclusive, measurable, and sustainable impact. Community mobilisation and bridging government with civil society organisations for a better service delivery are the main focus of his career.

As President of Overseas Bihar Association (OBA) Russia and a committed supporter of AaSHRAY-DURG, he brings extensive international business experience, strategic vision, and leadership to the organization. He serves as an Advisor to AaSHRAY-DURG, guiding the team in project execution, organizational growth, partnership development, and expansion initiatives, helping strengthen the organization's impact and long-term sustainability.

Kundan Kanan is an accomplished international business strategist, translator, and cross-cultural engagement specialist with over two decades of experience fostering partnerships between India, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Spain. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of INLACE, based in Panama City, he has played a pivotal role in facilitating trade, business collaborations, academic exchanges, and cultural partnerships across regions. His extensive professional journey includes leadership roles in international business development, logistics, manufacturing, and advisory services, as well as engagements with industry bodies such as CII and FICCI.
A scholar of Hispanic Studies and Translation & Interpretation from the University Complutense of Madrid and Jawaharlal Nehru University, Kundan brings a unique blend of global business acumen, multilingual expertise, and intercultural understanding. He has served as a translator, educator, researcher, and advisor to diplomatic missions, while also contributing to literary translation and knowledge exchange initiatives. As an Advisor, he offers valuable insights on international collaboration, strategic partnerships, cultural diplomacy, and global engagement, strengthening the organisation's efforts to build meaningful connections and expand its impact across diverse communities.
